Leveraging nearly two decades as a Real Estate SME in the legal, banking, and renewable energy industries to add value and mitigate risk for the project development, execution, and financing of renewable energy projects
I have lent my expertise in real estate documentation, due diligence, risk analysis, and financing know-how to over 30 GW of renewable energy projects. I enjoy mentoring and guiding others through their energy careers, and look forward to continuing to change this planet for the better through both people and projects.

Energy projects are real estate development projects. The basis of what we build relies on proper site control. Before that shovel hits the ground, developers need to know what rights exist on and under that piece of land. A substantial amount of curative is needed to meet development goals, and each piece of curative carries its own unique challenges. With real estate, there is no cookie-cutter approach, as every site is different. It is also one of the few subject matters engaged from the first to the last day of a project lifecycle. We aim to leverage our experience to support your real estate needs at any point along the way, or the whole way!

The earlier the better! GreenPower can support your land campaign efforts in a number of ways. We are well-versed in all manners of site control agreement. We can provide your team early-stage support services, such as tracking and QC; mid-stage curative and development support; and late-stage support through construction and final Title and ALTA deliverables.
There’s never a bad time to bring us on board, but we do favor getting brought in early and sticking with projects in order to create maximum efficiency and help shield our clients from loss of legacy knowledge, as can sometimes happen over the course of a project’s typical 3-6 year acquisition and development cycle.
